  • I don’t really have any previous experience using CRM software but I think that for the price Capsule CRM does exactly what I need it to do.

I’m in B2B technical sales and there are a few things that I need to keep myself organized.

    1. Basic profiles for all the people and companies that I do business with.
    2. Connect my email to the site and send emails from inside the CRM. (I did this on Outlook, Outlook New, and Office 365)
    3. Easily take notes on the various companies and people I deal with.
    4. Create work flows for quoting and new client outreach so that nobody is forgotten about.

Capsule CRM gives me all of this and more.

I really like the work flows; it helps a lot when you can create a sequence of actions that need to take place and specify the time period until the next step needs to be taken.

I you don’t have a CRM; I suggest you get one because this is a massive time saver and you don’t have to remember who you need to contact and when.

I find Capsule CRM very user friendly, light weight and perfect for the basic functionality that I need.

I recommend this one because I’m happy with how much time I’m able to save while maintaining a database.

    Important to anyone in sales.

  • I use Wise for my international money transfers because it’s a more streamlined process for my current situation.

I previously lived in South Africa and I was using another popular name brand to receive money from the UK.

I was able to invoice my clients from this platform but when I received my money, they took 5% off immediately.

Additionally, I had to create an online login with a 3rd party bank to transfer the money into my own bank account.

I’ve since moved to the Country of Georgia and this made it a little harder to figure out how to get money into my Georgian bank account.

After some digging, I found out that this could be done through a VISA card, so I got the VISA card but then I was only able to spend via the VISA card and not directly through my bank account.

I then found WISE online and created an account to see if this was a better solution.

Turns out it is, I am able to get paid directly to a UK based bank account and transfer those GBPs to my universal Georgian bank account (my bank account can accept GBP, USD, and EUR).

    The Cost? only £4.45.

In my circumstances, Wise is much cheaper and easier to use which is why I highly recommend it.
